The Story of the Seaside Annexe
Completed in the spring 2019, the Seaside Annex is self contained, with a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen, nestled between two cliff top chalets. The ceilings are vaulted the a south facing aspect allowing the natural light to flood in.

Situated on the cliff tops overlooking the stunning English Channel, it’s easy to get to, just off the A259, and at the start of the bus lane to Brighton.
So, if you want quiet costal walks or to make the most of the City of Brighton & Hove (7 miles West) the Seaside Annexe is well positioned.
We offer a quality experience, with check in from 3pm (check out 11am) and free parking right outside.
